The folks at Aztek took time to understand our business processes before starting to design anything - even a simple redesign of a non-public-facing application. They asked questions to understand what a user would want to see, where they would expect to see it, and most importantly WHY. An when we had any issues with implementation, including roll-out issues with small details, they were responsive and very helpful ironing out minuscule details well after checks had been cashed. First when I approached Dave, I was letting him know about some marketing struggles we were having at our gym and he offered to come take a look and didn't approach us for a sale, just to provide insight and value.
