Chatbot Solution Review from Daria Hlavcheva

KeenEthics onboarded Lionwood Software to develop an AI-powered chatbot that could analyze photos of vehicle damage and provide an estimated repair cost for insurance company. The project focused on applying AI to a traditionally manual part of the insurance claims process. The solution needed to interpret car damage from uploaded images, identify relevant damage, and translate the analysis into a cost estimate that could support faster and more consistent claims assessment. Lionwood Software took ownership of the AI development and worked closely with the KeenEthics team to align the solution with the product requirements and insurance use case. Their team demonstrated a strong understanding of both the technical challenges of image-based damage assessment and the business logic behind insurance claims. They were proactive in discussing requirements, clarifying edge cases, and addressing dependencies throughout the development process. The resulting solution helped automate an important part of the vehicle damage assessment workflow, reducing the need for purely manual evaluation and creating a foundation for faster claims processing. Lionwood Software proved to be a reliable technology partner with the expertise to work on AI-driven products where technical implementation needs to be closely aligned with real-world business requirements.

wdi took the vision we had and turned it into something even better. They built this incredibly detailed app that lets users filter hotels based on things like airport transfers, car services, or other specific amenities. Travelers can also quickly spot deals or limited-time offers with just a glance. One of the coolest parts is how the app keeps guests updated when theyre checked into a hotel - whether it's on-site events or nearby activities, theyll get notifications straight to their phone. The feedback system they added is a game-changer. Guests can send questions or share thoughts right from their rooms, and they get notified the moment theres a response.

We had many very clear outcomes and timelines based on our needs that were identified before the project began. They provided regular updates and progress reports via email and virtual meetings throughout the project. Typically in two-week sprints.

Software Development Review from Daria Stolyar

We hired Altoros engineers as an essential extension of our client-facing internal teams. This was a tough decision because our reputation as a brand depends on the overall efficiency of our processes and we needed to make sure all risks are mitigated when it comes to delivery. Altoros has not let us down.Together with Altorosians we successfully deployed a number of tough and technologically complex projects on time. So our collaboration is certainly set to continue.

Ruby on Rails Review from Greg Lipper

In my 30 years in the software business, I have never had as positive an experience with an outsourced development services provider as I have with Altoros. Each Altoros engineer we have worked with has been strong technically, estimated development times accurately, completed projects on time, and delivered code and projects with high quality. Beyond that, they have helped improve our thinking and approach with suggestions and ideas that were better than the spec of instructions we supplied.

Flutter Development Review from Undisclosed

The company has a salesman who overpromised, but once the project started, he was never found to address the underdeliver. Since the first brief, I made clear our products two main selling points. Two years after, I have had to learn some code to look under the hood and discover a half-baked and improvised "solution". Now, I ended up with an incomplete product that fails to deliver the two main functions I requested (and was promised). On top of that, there is a lack of order in terms of naming, cleanliness, and hierarchy. I cant recommend them.
