Mobile App Development Review from Vasko Markovski

Our company hired them to create an app designed to help expatriates find housing. A project manager and two developers from Saigon Technology worked closely with our team for the app's development. At the start, their team and ours gathered the information needed for the project and planned out how to build the product. They then designed the app's interface and added features. In the end, we launched the app successfully, and our client was satisfied with it.

This team was extremely responsive from the start. They pulled together a comprehensive quote for my MVP and have delivered on all of the requirements. The daily updates from the product/project manager are extremely helpful and it’s clear that the team cares about the quality of work they deliver. The engineers working on the product are always willing to make recommendations and go above and beyond to make the experience and underlying infrastructure that much better.

We've had the pleasure of working closely with this development team on several projects, and the experience has been consistently excellent. Not only are they highly skilled developers, but they also think along with us both from a technical and a product/customer perspective. Their proactive attitude, reliability, and ability to translate complex requirements into elegant solutions make them a true partner rather than just a supplier. Highly recommended.

Web Design Review from John Huntzinger

This is the most pathetic web design company ever. They have on their website 100% Satisfaction Guaranteed. My experience was far from that. All I wanted to do was up date an existing website that I very much liked that I had used for 10 years. They gave me a price of updating of $8000. It was a fight the entire process. I did not want anything special, just updates of my current website for the new technology that had occurred over the past 10 years. They could not get my website duplicated. When they did not duplicated, and I showed them why it was not a duplication, they said, oh, you want that, this is out of our scope. My argument was they knew the scope, they could see the web site I liked. They keep upping the price, they raised the quote to over $20,000. When we launched their version after months of struggle getting like my old website, there was no way for me to adequately change my pricing on the website, in a manner that I could preform, again, just like I showed them in the beginning. They showed me their new and improved process, but it was impossible for me to function. They again, wanted more money after paying them more than 2 and a half times the price they quoted, and still not giving me a website that was like my original website that they were suppose to improve. It took me 3 Months to get my old website back up after giving this company took $20,000 of my money. This is the most pathetic rip off company I have ever dealt with. I have an over 100 Million Dollar a Year Company, and having their disaster website up 2 months, paying them 2.5 Times their original bid, and having to take it down because it was not functional was truly a nightmare, and I wasted over $20,000 of money, and got nothing but 2 Months worth of headaches. They told me in the beginning they could have it completed in a couple weeks, but I had 4 Month of a Nightmare, and lost $20,000. Stay away from this company!!!!!

Web Development Review from Terry Heller

As a growing roofing company, we knew our old website wasn't doing justice to the kind of work we do at Preferred Roofing. It looked outdated, was hard to navigate, and didn't reflect the level of professionalism we bring to our projects. We wanted to change that. Our main goals were to create a new website that would clearly show our services, build trust with new visitors, and make it easier for people to contact us or request quotes online. We also wanted the site to work well on mobile phones because a lot of our customers use their phones to search for roofing services. So, we hired JanBask Digital Design to completely redesign and develop our website. We were looking for a partner who would not only build us a great-looking site but also guide us through the process and make sure the site helped us grow our business. They asked detailed questions about our services, customer base, and how we wanted people to feel when they visited the site.Scope of the work included:Designing a responsive website from scratchCreating unique pages for all our services (roof repairs, installations, gutter services, etc.)Adding a clean, easy-to-use contact form and quote request systemThe new website has made a real difference for us. We've received more calls and quote requests since the launch, and customers often mention how easy it was to find what they were looking for on our site. The new layout makes our services very clear, and the site feels clean, modern, and professional which is exactly what we wanted. It has definitely helped us build more trust with new visitors.Project management was excellent. JanBask kept everything organized and walked us through each step. They gave us regular updatesWhat stood out the most was their care and attention to detail. They didnt just build a pretty website they made sure it worked for our business. They didnt rush the process either they truly wanted us to be happy with the final product.

Web Development Review from Jason Anish

When we approached JanBask Digital Design, our companyAustin Financial Services, Inc.was going through a critical branding transition. While weve been around for over 40 years and have built a solid reputation in asset-based lending, our online presence didnt reflect the trust, speed, and flexibility we offer to our clients. We needed more than just a website redesignwe needed a digital experience that could communicate our value, streamline how potential clients learn about our services, and ultimately drive real business conversations. We specifically hired JanBask to help us accomplish a few main goals:Modernize our websites look and feel without losing the credibility and seriousness expected of a financial company.Improve the user journey for business owners and financial decision-makers who are looking for fast, flexible credit solutions.Create a strong foundation for future digital marketing efforts like SEO, paid ads, and client onboarding automation.Make the site mobile-friendly and easy to navigate, especially for busy executives browsing on the go.We had tried updating our site with internal resources and freelancers before, but it never really hit the mark. So we were cautious going inbut hopeful.JanBask started the project with a series of discovery calls where they really took the time to understand not just what we do, but why we do it and who we do it for. They dug into our client personas, our lending process, and even how our sales team follows up on leads. It felt like they werent just designing a websitethey were building a tool tailored to how we actually work. What stood out most to us was their ability to translate financial language into something both clear and client-friendly. Were used to dealing in technical lending terms, but JanBask found a way to keep things professional and easy to understand. Thats not easy to pull off.

This was a long project as both my partner and I are very busy and could not give it any consistent dedicated time. Many service providers would have given up or been discouraged by the sometimes very slow pace of the project. I have found Anna and her team to be dedicated, responsive, flexible, willing to change and attentive to our needs. I also found that work on their side was completed quickly and according to our needs. We recommend the service without hesitation.
