This lack of organisation not only threw me off but also made it challenging to present myself effectively and forced to do a presentation in less than 24 hours notice.More concerning, however, was my interaction with the Managing Director, not sure if he is still there. I found his demeanour not just unprofessional but outright rude. This was disheartening, especially coming from a leadership figure in a reputable company. I've actually never been so humiliated in the professional environment.It's important for companies to remember that interviews are a two-way process. They are not just about evaluating candidates, but also about demonstrating the company's values and culture.
