If you visit, make sure to check out the top floor since it offers great views of London and the surrounding area. Unprofessional treatment from the sales team. My experience with the contact at Vaimo sales team is a horror example of when the sales manager has stopped caring and should look for a new job. Was spammed with emails and calls from Vaimo's salespeople, one salesperson didn't know what the other was doing, which led to 3 of us being emailed, after several emails we asked them to remove us from their lists we are tired of being spammed by salespeople. No response to the emails, they continue to email us, we are talking about several emails a week (no sense of boundaries), when we point out this violates GDPR, we have asked them to stop emailing us with emails that are clearly not tailored to us (they haven't even checked out our company properly). Now they are starting to call us instead, when we have kindly explained we are happy with our current situation and not interested, the salesperson insults our company. Left a very bad taste, unfortunately this is not a one-time incident when my colleague was spammed by another seller (what if they don't let sellers have multiple names?) similar incident, for the colleague she received unpleasant comments on her face what kind of style is this? You are the ones who spammed us we have never had contact with you! Where is the sales manager? What does he do if this is how the staff is allowed to harass people who never asked for your contact.

Keep looking. If you are considering iMedia for website development services, especially on a CMS you can do way better. Working with these folks starts off great and goes bad fast. Expect lots of problems, gross delays and finger pointing from start to finish. Very poor QA/QC! Management is not focused on the customer and is distracted by other ventures.

My company had a pretty horrible experience with this company! They overpromised and underdelivered, the project management experience was clunky, confusing and repetitive, there was a lot of work on the part of the client to complete (when you're paying $25K you'd expect it to be seamless). Topics during conversations were forgotten, instructions had to be repeated multiple times. Upon completion, we allowed one of our freelancers access to the coding and she deemed it "lazy coding." The whole experience was very unfortunate!
