I visited Zealous System on 16th June 2025 for the walk-in interview announced on LinkedIn for interns/freshers in Python, PHP, WordPress, .Net, and QA roles. Despite clearly stating it was open for freshers, upon arrival, all Python candidates, including myself and my sister, were told they only accept those with prior experience, as interns are directly placed on live projects. This information was never mentioned in the post. The company blamed the marketing team for the misleading post. This experience wasted our valuable time, energy, and travel expenses. I urge the company to coordinate better internally and post accurate job/internship information to avoid misguiding freshers who genuinely seek opportunities.

Do not engage with Bruce Vorster or his company Galactic Digital at all costs. The project I paid for has persistent issues, including crashes and failure to meet agreed-upon milestones, and the result was completely unacceptable. He even threatened to sue if I didn’t pay for the poor-quality work—definitely a first for me dealing with someone like this. I had to pay a 40% upfront deposit and then paid for milestones marked as complete but were missing core features we discussed and included in our contract. Highly unreliable—proceed with extreme caution and consider other options to avoid this.

Despite multiple emails and a formal legal letter of demand served on 18 August 2025, the company:Did not deliver the website;Ignored the refund request;Failed to confirm whether the files still exist.We are sharing this experience to caution other small businesses. All statements made here are factual and documented.As a small business trying to support local service providers, we engaged Evergreen Media (Pty) Ltd to build a website for us. We paid R13,656.25 upfront.Despite multiple follow-ups and a formal legal demand, we received neither the completed website nor a refund. Their attorneys acknowledged receipt of our final letter on 18 August 2025, but no action was taken.We have now escalated the matter to the Consumer Goods & Services Ombud and are preparing for further legal steps.This is a factual account supported by documents.
