While working for Primus Pharmaceuticals, the company contracted AtticSalt to rebrand one of our medical food lines. The product itself was known for its safety and efficacy, but the agency felt that the brand's identity didn't quite reflect those traits. We were all shocked by the new proposed look and feel. AtticSalt did an incredible job capturing the essence of the brand and they were a delight to work with. I personally recommend AS to everyone since that project.

I've used Acceleration for 11 years. The owner recently fired all her employees and now seems to be there alone. When I called for technical support (several times before getting a call back), she said Acceleration no longer offers it. Now I have a new computer but cannot get my email through Outlook. Previous employees have always helped me with this. Not this owner. I do not recommend using this company to host your website or email. The owner certainly does not have an attitude of helping her clients. She most likely has just lost one.

Acceleration has been a blessing to me. I am a Psychologist. When Covid forced us all inside, I thought I might have to give up my practice. Fortunately, it became possible to do therapy on line. Unfortunately the top download and upload speeds from my provider at my office were less than 5.0. Since we switched to Acceleration, Speeds are in the 90s.What a difference.The other day I had an "above and beyond" experience. I had gone to my office and noticed a new light on my phone and no dial tone. Within 10 minutes someone from Acceleration was here to see why my internet was down. They receive notice on their cell phones. Immediately it was fixed, before I new I had an internet problem..The best part? I pay a fixed price every month and it is about 1/3 of what I paid to the slow speed provider!!

Worked with this agency, it was a very inconsistent experience. An expensive one trick pony with no real concepts to add value to a project, work felt borrowed. There are no metrics tested on work, I did not see an actual process with any testing of copy, it all just seemed to be subjective to what one person likes and no one ever mentioned the audience.
