It's been great for me to have a team that communicates directly. I had previous SEO provider and all they did was charge me and never could get them to show up to our meetings. I hired this company in January of 2023 under the promise of a virtual assistant that would be able to do research and take care of various online tasks. April comes around and nothing has been accomplished, except for some web pages copied (stolen) from other competing domains regarding any of the projects. I told "Michelle" about what "wasn't" happening, she said that they fired "Erica" because she wasn't completing her assignments. Then she said that she will refund my April payment and that she would also complete the work that I paid for during the previous 3 months. I don't hear anything from her again, no work, no research, nothing. Then May comes up, and I get another monthly charge on my credit card!This is one of the reasons why "Eastern Indian" owned companies get a bad reputation... I was warned not to deal with them, I didn't listen, I wanted to believe they were better people than what I was told. Now I'm dealing with this rip off scam of a company. "Established in 2010, KPL TECH SOLUTION is a Digital Marketing Company with headquarters in Noida, India."UPDATE: Michelle finally contacted me and refunded 2 of the 5 months along with a promise that she will get the 3 months work completed herself. I'll revise this review if all goes well.

I was full of dreams and excitement for my career, ready to give my best to the company.At first, they asked me to work for free for a month and use my own laptop. It felt unfair; they expected someone new to work like an expert without even paying them. It felt like prison. I went through three tough interview rounds, and when I finally joined, I was seated far away from my team, completely isolated.The office was in Sector 4, Noida, and shared space with another company. Meenakshi from HR gave me a workstation far from my team, leaving me with no support. Ankit, who is now the COO, gave me a lot of work on my very first day, expecting me to know everything. When I asked for help, he got upset. It was like being thrown into deep water without knowing how to swim.The environment was toxic. Ankit, with his messy long hair, would yell and swear at his colleagues, while Meenakshi laughed at the chaos. There was no training, no guidance, and no support for someone new like me trying to figure things out.Just two days after I started, right before Diwali, they fired me. HR’s final words crushed my confidence, saying I would never succeed in any job.It took me three months to recover from the trauma. Even now, eight years later, thinking about it brings me to tears. The humiliation I faced for just wanting to learn and grow still hurts me.When I tried to share my story in reviews, they blocked it and even threatened legal action from the CEO. Their refusal to admit they did anything wrong says a lot about the kind of company they are.Looking back, I sometimes wonder how Ankit and Meenakshi are doing now. Maybe karma will catch up to them, though I doubt they’ll ever reflect on their actions.To everyone who survived that toxic place, I feel for you.
