From the moment we requested a cost estimate, Mollie was extremely communicative. When we submitted our file, Mollie made sure that it was the correct file and let us know that we would want to sub out some low-res photos in order to get the best product. Mollie was patient as we swapped out the majority of the photos in our project, which took a few weeks, and then was able to turn around and get the booklet to us within a few days.
