- Project Brief: Create a logo conveying cultural heritage through a flexible symbol system for recognition and adaptability.
An arts and recreation logo should feel like an open invitation, bridging the gap between a site’s grand history and the simple joy of a modern afternoon out. Graphéine hits this mark by turning a modular "S" into a visual window that looks out over everything the Domaine and Château de Sceaux have to offer.
The design finds its soul in the estate’s own DNA. Its flowing curves mimic the elegant garden paths and the family crest, while a sturdy triangular base keeps the look grounded in the iconic silhouette of the château itself.
Rather than treating the estate like a static monument, the branding celebrates it as a place that has always known how to throw a party. Whether referencing 18th-century royal galas or the energy of the Sceaux Jazz Festival, the high-contrast colors and playful imagery frame the park as a living, breathing landmark.
This approach positions the Domaine as a rare patch of common ground where history and contemporary life meet. By mixing archival art with a fresh, bold style, the agency ensures the logo stands out as a friendly, recognizable face in a busy world of destinations.
