So sphiscated accounting systems I must say. For what? Never saw an irs payable in any return they asked me to prepare although I’m no licensed accountant. No names no whistle just a honest google review. Makes me wonder what an accountant does, cooking books or AICPA reporting them. No mark up in my basis. The roc building is beyond comprehension though, they even do SNL up or down stairs never got to see a show so I don’t know

Working with Ken L at BGW has been nice, he is responsive, knowledgeable and has a good understanding of how to use his resources within BGW. We found ourselves in the hands of QBO after our previous accountant merged her practice with theirs. We didn't feel great about the process in working with them for tax prep and pursued other help after one year. Our new accountant caught a major error within minutes of scanning through our QBO filings which cost us well over $2,000 at the time.We followed up with their team to understand how an error like that could have happened. I was assured by the president that he would personally investigate; I never heard back.
