Sharon Koifman's Review Sourced from Google
I started chatting with this company a few months ago for biz dev purposes. I was honestly not convinced they could pull off anything exceptional, besides that the manager, Ronald, has told me that he has direct experience bringing business for recruitment agencies because that’s what he did in his previous job. In my head, it meant that this guy knew how to do that quickly and does not need to experiment. They wanted me to commit to three months, to which I replied if they already have experience closing deals in my industry, how about we do it in 2 months, to which I experienced minimal objection. The company promised to write my emails and take care of everything. I was excited to see what a company that has previous experience selling my product would do. They gave me a big forum to fill, in which I invested a lot of time. When they wrote the outbound emails, it was amateurish at best, with Zero attention to any of the questions I responded and they most certainly did not show previous experience in recruitment sales. So I provided my own marketing emails and let them do the call. They made one month of calls with Zero results. I’m not saying no client, not even a conversation, not even a positive reply. It was a big Zero. So instead of taking the mature approach and simply admitting that they couldn’t do it and refunding for the time they did not use, they started coming up with a bunch of nonsensical ideas. It was simply amateurish desperate attempts. I wouldn’t bother writing this bad review if they wouldn’t put my credit card on recurring charge, and when I asked for my money back, instead of apologizing for not succeeding, the owner sent me an email blaming me for not giving the standard 3 months to show the stuff, even if they emotional gave up on my project after month one. They also never completed the second month of calling, which I paid for, and they refused to refund. I couldn’t recommend this company less.P.S. response. How nice you let go an employee and supsedetly Improved your service, but you never even offered a partial compensation for service you did not deliver.
