We have also added some new features to our existing platform. We were able to host the website successfully. The whole project, despite so many things to be done, went smoothly. It was a completely hassle-free experience. The team worked in coordination. We had to stand up calls on a daily basis to discuss the upgrades, improvements and progress. The team at Dreamsoft4u is very flexible to work with. So far, we have not felt the need for any sort of improvement for Dreamsoft4u.

The most impressive thing about Dreamsoft4u was everything got designed and developed inhouse by experienced developers. We had rough draft of wireframes but they improved it with their designing and added the elements of branding and personality. The app got launched on App Store and Play Store. Since the launch of this version of the app, we have gotten all positive feedback. Not only users are admiring the app design but we are also experiencing good amount of downloads with high user retention. Cant find any areas for improvement , they have been fantastic throughout our journey.

The team possess high level of integrity and passion for quality delivery, The product they have developed is launched and we received pretty good response. Agency Partner built us a pretty website... but it was slow and not technically optimized for SEO. The backend was very buggy, with many "useless" sections in the WordPress dashboard. I am a WordPress developer, but I am also the company's marketing director so we chose to have the site developed by an outside company. I spent approximately 20 hours working on the backend removing useless "features" and optimizing the site to pass the Core Web Vitals. It should've been a huge red flag when the company wouldn't show us the backend before launch. Additionally, when they launched the site they "no-indexed" the entire website! Recently, I sent a ticket to support to fix 404 pages. After getting no response for several days, I went into the site and fixed the error myself. They had the audacity to send me a "we fixed the error" email 24 hours after we fixed the issues ourselves! If you are looking for a well-built site, look elsewhere. This company is only good for pretty site that loads slow and is bogged down with junk. The company reached out and heard my complaints. There's not a lot they can do to make this right (since most of the work they left undone was finished by me), but at least they listened. They extended our site warranty to help fix any outstanding issues. I'm adjusting my rating to three-stars.

Certifications like ISO, NSF, WQA are shown clearly too, which matters a lot when a municipal client is deciding whether to trust a vendor or not. Project is still ongoing honestly, we keep adding case studies and new product entries as things come up. Somewhere in the middle, content approvals got a bit messy since our team kept revising specs, cost us close to two extra weeks on a few product pages, mostly our own doing though. Once we settled into a proper rhythm, things moved fine after that. Would tell other manufacturing companies to go with Mindrops if they have a big, complicated catalogue that needs proper structuring online.

Orders come straight through the site now instead of through chat, which changed how our days run. The launch happened on the exact date given at the start. Not everything was smooth though, the product page had to be built again after it ran slow on mid range phones and that fix took longer than promised. For a small jewellery brand going online properly for the first time, it was worth the money.
