We have our Microsoft 365 set up through JourneyTeam. Have not needed assistance in a long time, perhaps never. However, needed help today as all of my Microsoft applications stopped working despite our subscription still being in effect (I double-checked this). CANNOT GET THROUGH TO A PERSON TO GET ASSISTANCE GOING ON 3 HOURS> HAVE BEEN UNABLE TO GET THROUGH TO ANYONE - not sales, not support, not anyone. Absolute clown show.

On May 6, 2024, I walked into the ER emergency room on St. Mark's Hospital, which is the nurse she was not really hopeful. Asking for the doctor, she said he's not available for you. Asking for insert medication, she said, I do not have a virus. When I did ask her my third question about five days notes for my work to be off, she said she can't give me more than two days. At the end, they paid me And when I refused to pay that bill, they sent me to debt collection I called billing department, they said we can't do nothing for you. When I called billing collection, they said, do you have to go resolve this issue with St. Mark's billing?

I have been a client of Infinity for many years and feel disappointed that I need to leave this review. We raised a complaint last November - that only escalated to a complaint due to no account management - and the formal complaint has been completely ignored despite many many emails asking for progress - hence writing this review. Account management is very slow and not pro-active to act in clients best interests. Beware long term contracts and charging for items that are not needed especially in the fast changing world of technology. Support is very hit and miss. The type of firm that try and confuse non IT people using un-necessary terminology. Items on monthly invoices are really difficult to understand. After many years of using this firm I would now not recommend them to look after your firms infrastructure. Such a shame as they are a nice bunch of people but the service doesnt follow.

I had a disappointing experience with Veritis Group during the hiring process for a Product Manager role. After several rounds of interviews and alignment on a specific compensation, I was selected. However, the offer letter that followed listed a much lower salary than what was previously agreed and documented. When questioned, I was told the difference would be covered via “bonuses,” but these were never documented. The offer also lacked critical information — including client name, responsibilities, benefits, and work location. Requests for transparency went unanswered, and the offer was eventually withdrawn without explanation. I’ve attached redacted proof showing the original submitted salary vs. the reduced offer to help others evaluate their interactions more carefully. Visa holders and job seekers: please ask the right questions early, request written documentation, and do not submit sensitive documents until you’ve received a formal offer.

I am extremely disappointed with the way this entire situation has been handled. I had scheduled an appointment with Arcell Reñosa for a consultation regarding my Google Ads strategy, and I was really looking forward to it. However, despite my clear communication and readiness, she has not honored the appointment, and I have received no valid reason or apology for this. This lack of professionalism is unacceptable, and it wasted my valuable time. Furthermore, the email I received from her just now was nothing but a generic, unhelpful message that did not address the fact that our scheduled meeting was missed or rescheduled. Instead, she asked for my Customer ID and provided instructions on creating a new account or setting up billing, which seemed completely out of context since the main issue is her failure to keep our appointment. It feels like she is only interested in getting information from me without regard for her commitments. If she continues to ignore or dismiss my concerns and does not honor the appointment we initially scheduled, I will not hesitate to write a formal complaint about her unprofessional behavior. This kind of treatment is completely unacceptable, and I expect some form of accountability. I am seriously considering taking this matter to higher authorities or consumer protection agencies if this issue is not resolved promptly. Arcell Reñosa, I want to make it very clear that you still have a window of 10 minutes to rectify this situation and reach out to me to resolve this matter. This is your final opportunity to contact me directly and address the concerns I have raised regarding your failure to honor our scheduled appointment. If you do not make any effort to get in touch with me within this limited timeframe, I will have no choice but to escalate this issue further. I want you to understand that I am fully prepared to escalate this complaint and will be sending this entire email, along with any relevant correspondence, to your superiors and managers through different communication channels. This is not a threat, but a firm declaration that I will take all necessary steps to ensure my concerns are heard and addressed appropriately. Please note that I expect professional conduct from your side, and if no contact is made within these next few minutes, I will proceed with the next course of action without any further warning. It is in your best interest to resolve this issue promptly and avoid unnecessary complications.

Worst experience. I was the Agent who put in 12-13 hour shifts for Apple. These mf's have angry black women gatekeepers breathing down my neck and I'm the guy with the most hours by far. They also have not paid me an entire check w/ OT hours. Their claiming the hours are not in E-Start, but there's clear logins on CORE.
