We worked with Kryos to create a custom piece of software that would be ultimately stacked on an existing piece of software we use in our organization. The program is unintuitive and completely useless for sole proprietorships, not to mention production – you can't do anything about producing goods in different variants... unless you hire a programmer to write a "special" script... con artists... 2. I purchased a 250-page OCR package that was supposed to automatically recognize invoices/receipts and make work easier. It ended up being twice as much work because when you loaded an invoice, the program didn't allow you to edit the read data, and it made a lot of errors and wasn't very intelligent. It only worked when you uploaded a PDF invoice directly from the system, but when it simply received a PDF file from a scanner, the program would go haywire... and worst of all, there was no option to edit the loaded data – you either accept it or not... What happened when you uploaded, for example, 10 invoices was a nightmare because you didn't even know what it was reading from which invoice. You could only accept it and then check and correct it, which again created additional work... I purchased 250 pages because I assumed it would last me a few months, but it turned out to be a subscription that I didn't use after scanning, say, 50 pages in one month. As you can expect, I'm finally being contacted by a debt collector (because the company certainly doesn't plan on calling you to ask if anything happened or to ask if I should disable this add-on). They'll rip you off with ridiculous fees that you'll end up paying because you won't be pushing the envelope... 3. I paid 4,000 for the program to be able to work on just one device. As you can imagine, since I work on a desktop computer every day, I can't access the program while traveling because I'd have to pay another 4,000 on a laptop... what a shame... not to mention that if someone wants me to add something, I have to give them access to my computer and the password... My impressions after six months of using ERP Optima - a disaster... stay away... The browser-based ERP XT is still holding up... the price is right, and it's enough for invoicing alone. I'm finishing this year and running away... if anyone has read this review to the end and knows of another program designed with people in mind, not just for the sake of it. raking them, I will be glad to share my opinions.
