Inconsistent Client Communication: There is no consistency in the way they communicate with their clients. At times, they respond promptly, but more often than not, communication is sporadic and incomplete. It’s as if they have no structured process in place for managing client interactions, which leads to unnecessary confusion and delays in project timelines.3. Untrustworthy PartnersOne of the most concerning issues is the reliability of the company and its partners. Throughout the course of our collaboration, they failed to honor agreements, missed deadlines, and provided substandard work. It became increasingly clear that they lack transparency and integrity in their dealings. Trust, which is critical in any business relationship, was eroded quickly.The leadership of this company, particularly the Head of Business Development, is highly unprofessional. The way they handle client relationships is a clear reflection of the poor management and lack of oversight within the organization. Their attitude is not only dismissive but at times, outright rude and condescending. This is a company that rewards silence, punishes transparency, and thrives on exploiting high performers while protecting ineffective leadership.Despite consistently delivering high-impact results and operating well above my official title, I was never appropriately compensated or recognized. When I raised legitimate concerns about fair pay and accurate title alignment, I was met with stonewalling, gaslighting, and eventually locked out of all systems without explanation.To make matters worse, they tried to coerce me into admitting to something I never did—accusing me of violating policy based on a conversation that was actually initiated by the client and originally brought up by Milestone leadership themselves.The internal culture is fractured, uncommunicative, and driven by fear and favoritism. Leadership appears more concerned with covering for themselves than doing what’s right for their people or their clients.Milestone Technologies is not a place for ethical professionals, strategic thinkers, or anyone who values honesty, fairness, or accountability.
