This is the worst experience I have ever had with a retail provider. The item I ordered was never delivered. I have called customer service 12 times and have been promised numerous times that my money would be refunded. Bean Media runs the website for Insurance Associates Marketplace in Kenmore. 6 months ago, I discovered someone vandalized our Google business profile.
