This company is a Fraud. Absolute Con Artists. Our Company, Plexisoft, hired zFort Between 11/2015 and 3/2016. The company refused to provide any hourly tracking against our jira tickets, common Agile Development methodology, and simply billed us 8 hours a day per developer without any accountability. Despite hiring and paying for in-house mid to senior developers, the work took 2-3 times what it was suppose to, and quality was very poor. They provided no management whatsoever over their consultants, and when we became fed up and started to fire some of their team members, we were told by their Delivery Director that we were not allowed to remove consultants from our project and they will not replace people. Bottom line, this company is the stereotypical outsourcing nightmare situation that you hear about, looking to completely rip off American companies. 0 stars if it was possible. You'll stay away if you know what is good for you.

There after sales service is shocking. They don’t answer their phones, they charge a ridiculous amount for a daily fee. My website went down so I called them and they said for them to take a look they would need to charge their daily minimum fee $2500 😳. I paid them $25k to design my new website under 2 years ago and this is the service you get for being a customer. Will never recommend them to anyone. My financial adviser got it fixed in 20 minutes. Stay clear they are nice when they quote and set up then sting you for anything they can after.

Pleasw don't go ahead with this company. What Vineet Jain served to us looks pretty sure that other reviews are fake and not genuine. We also trusted these reviews and went to Studio krew for our app project whose price was 4 lakh rupees. He already charged around 3 lakhs frok us and all of a suddent got vanished,the Point of contact from his company also left the job , he stopped picking calls , he initially said that he will deliver us project in 3 months as it was urgent for us. But even after 1 year his project was incomplete, and after that he vanished taking our money and never completing our project, its been more than 2 years and still we never got our money back . Please if you want to get timely oroject delivered and quality project(as his incomplete app also had lots of bugs and used to hang) then never trust other reviews and pleasw go ahead with some big company , its better that for technical projects you always go to big companies, though charges will be a bit higher but atleast you will be served quality, timely project . This was the worst experience ever and Vineet Jain who is CEO of this company is the most irresponsible person. I don't know why he thought he can become CEO when he never valued his clients and professionalism . oh man ..now you forgot projects also ?? and asking mine recovery?? and you have 24/7 error fix 😀 wow ! remember your project canon shooter ..share me here link and I will share you payment receipt ...
