Worked with EBQ on a sales outsourcing project for 6 months in 2024. Can't say enough positive things about how attentive, friendly, and responsive the team is. They're organized and excellent problem-solvers. Due to the nuances of our business and sales process, it ultimately wasn't a long-term fit, but I would highly recommend EBQ for cold-calling and appointment-setting for B2B software or managed services. I contracted EBQ for BDR augmentation services for a period of three months, and the results were extremely disappointing. Despite their promises, they failed to schedule even one initial meeting with potential clients. It was clear from the start that they didn’t fully understand my organization, our business needs, or how to properly present us to potential leads. Instead of delivering on their commitment, they merely provided a list of cold calls that didn’t meet our business requirements at all. The leads were irrelevant, poorly targeted, and demonstrated a lack of research or effort. Despite their failure to achieve any tangible results, they had the audacity to demand thousands of dollars in funding for what was essentially a useless service. Overall, I found their approach disorganized and out of touch with our goals, making this engagement a waste of time and money. I would not recommend their services to anyone looking for real results.

As an accounting firm I would give them 1 star. I recently discovered a litany of deductions they failed to consider. You will be given an EA, which is just a glorified tax preparer. They will know nothing and be slow to reply. You might as well get your taxes done by H&R block or a proper independent CPA. If these folks do your taxes, get prepared for a larger tax bill. I strongly advise against it.
