We used Six Degrees for our West Coast Windows corporate video, as well as creating some reels to be used for social media advertising. Techugo built a cross-platform app for our direct-to-consumer skincare brand. Features included product browsing, in-app payments, and loyalty rewards. Designs were sleek, but the loyalty module took several rounds to get right. Their testing team missed a few obvious bugs during QA. The app is live on both Android and iOS and handling decent traffic. Post-launch support was helpful. We suggest they improve QA coverage and allocate more time to feature testing.

We hired soul pepper to build our agency website a few years back. Their team didn’t deliver in the early stages of the process, man-splained their shortcomings, passed us around to different employees and refused to return the $10k deposit. We paid $10k, they did a few hours of work and we didn’t receive anything in return. I’ve worked with dozens of developers to build out our designs for hundreds of websites and this is the only bad experience we’ve had.
