For years I did my own website as a novice. As technology changed on the web my knowledge and skills became very outdated and I had to update things to remain relevant and current. I contacted John about an updated design and to change a lot of what I used to do to bring things up to date. He gave me a reasonable quote, took what I had and gave it a whole new look. It's the place where I experienced the worst stress. I believed the story of not being good at working there. The agency is a slave driver, working from 0 to 10, as far as I knew, in 2022. It exceeded my limits as a person, but not as a worker, because now I know I'm very good at my current job, where they value every minute I give them. If you're toxic and love working from 10 a.m. to 10 p.m., this place is for you. Of course, with the help of chat gpt, you're already on the other side today in 2024, but think twice and do your research on horror agencies. It's the worst thing that has happened to me in my professional career. Definitely a stain I'll never be able to remove from my CV.

I am a happy dentist with a startup office that opened in December 2025. I wasn't happy then. I got into a contract way back in July with a very incompetent and dishonest marketing company and lost so much time and money. I struggled and got myself out from this mess finally. I talked to multiple marketing agents and that's when I found NShine late Jan - early Feb. They definitely sounded like they knew what they were doing; they were not talking about what color my website should be or whether there should be a video playing on the background of the website. They talked about how Google algorithm works. So many marketing companies put you in their fixed package after coming up with a golden formula that they are so proud of cuz it worked on 1-2 businesses they support - they have you pay for a little bit of mailing and a little bit of Google ads and a little bit of SEO and etc. NShine straight up said in my situation, they are not going to have me pay a penny on things that don't work. They removed mailing. They removed SEO. They analyzed my office's unique situation and put my investment into just few things that actually can bring results. By the time they set up everything and the actual marketing started, it was mid Feb. Now I am writing this review mid April. I am getting 50 new patients a month and the office is doing positive cash flow. As things are moving the right path, NShin now recommends that I start investing in other marketing methods so I don't have to keep on spending money on Google Ads. They are constantly checking numbers. They are constantly adjusting their approaches to keep the ROI at the highest possible number.
