Based on publicly available information, including the Texas Secretary of State records, they are not registered as an LLC in Texas. I have been thrilled with Magnificent Marketing. It has been a relief not having to worry about managing my ads myself anymore, and the pros at Magnificent are incredibly knowledgeable and easy to work with. But the real proof is in the numbers: although my costs to run the ads have increased (to be expected -- partially due to their fees, and partially due to new spend strategies they suggested) by 17.9%, my overall return on investment (revenue generated per money spent) has increased by twice that much (35.9%) from when I was running the ads on my own. It's the place where I experienced the worst stress. I believed the story of not being good at working there. The agency is a slave driver, working from 0 to 10, as far as I knew, in 2022. It exceeded my limits as a person, but not as a worker, because now I know I'm very good at my current job, where they value every minute I give them. If you're toxic and love working from 10 a.m. to 10 p.m., this place is for you. Of course, with the help of chat gpt, you're already on the other side today in 2024, but think twice and do your research on horror agencies. It's the worst thing that has happened to me in my professional career. Definitely a stain I'll never be able to remove from my CV.
