HORRIFIC EXPERIENCE with VINDICTA AGENCY!!!!!Don't let the ad reviews or look of there site and the figures that you are told persuade you to send your money to this company.They took on our Google ads campaign and we never got to speak or have a meeting with the ads manager to let them know more about our business and target audience and locations we wanted to target.After we had paid there hefty fee we had to call numerous times to see what was going on and to get the campaign moving.We were surprised that after speaking to James he just turned on the ads campaign with our consulting us or even knowing what we sold or our target audience was.This run for 2 weeks and we have made numerous calls and there was no one would come to the phone or return our calls. After week 1 as the ad spend was going up and no sales coming through, we got James at the end of week 2 and he stopped the ad and promised a call to discuss the campaign on the Friday and he didn't even have the decency to make the call!!!We called 5 time on the Friday and were told he was busy and would call us back, 6 weeks later and we are still waiting!!!!!!This experience cost us a lot of money on ad spend and Vindictas FEE, we are a small company and dont mind paying for success but be wary of this company!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Absolutely awful!!Before sending my book to them, I had it edited by an independent editor. The process was thorough and and very professional. I looked at my novel after it had been edited and all errors had been sorted. After having my book published with Savvy, it is now riddled with spelling, punctuation, and grammar errors. This is ignoring the shocking cover and illustrations.On top of this, if you go to their website, they have reviews, but there is nowhere to leave your own. This all just makes it seem like they don't want people leaving reviews, showing how bad their services are, and that they know how bad they are.

Do NOT use Savvy Book Marketing or SEO Prohub UK. Firstly, they are not based in the UK and they are not registered at Companies House. They have not adhered to the contract I had with them. They told me the contract was written by a person who had now left the company so wasn't relevant - clearly they will say anything to wriggle out of their responsibilities. Their work is unprofessional, littered with errors and they will not protect an author - especially a first time author who may not understand the important of book size, font size, spacing, margins and the impact this has on royalties. They changed my book to A4 size without telling me, meaning my royalties would have been, at best, 27p per book. Luckily, I have engaged an independent printer who spotted all the errors and warned me so I could terminate the contract before Savvy did any further damage. I have referred the case to Trading Standards, Action Fraud (for misuse of my credit card), the two credit card companies I used and I intend to take legal action if all monies they have taken are not returned. They have left me almost £2,000 in debt and I have had books printed with ISBNs that now do not belong to me which again is a breach of contract - so I've got to reprint books to the tune of £4,000. I'm substantially out of pocket. DO NOT use this company and do not believe the positive reviews unless you can contact the person direct because I strongly suspect (although I have no proof) that the reviews are from company employees.

Absolutely useless. I was recommended them by our web developer. They charged me a monthly rate for managing my account but when i checked login times it was apparent the account hadn't been touched in 2 months. Some of the adwords groups had paused because the text was against guidelines.They refused to give me a refund on any fees paid and then didn't even get back to my emails.If you are using these cowboys make sure you check how often they are actually working on your account as chances are they're sitting back doing nothing.UPDATE:On this companies eventual reply to my review (8 months after my review). The supposed siphoning happened as i changed my google login details after i removed them as a manager of my account. Their CC details stayed on our account and they were indeed charged. The difference between their response is that i actually got in touch with them to let them know this had happened and refunded them IN FULL within 2 weeks of receiving the breakdown of costs. No other parties were involved.Happy for anyone looking to use Profici to contact me where i can show them proof on google that details exactly how many times they logged in to my account during their time managing and their lack of response to my emails.My review was entirely factual, their response is nothing short of slander.

We have been using Starlink Global for about 2 years now. It was recommended by a friend who we are currently using the service. The interface is very good, and the software is very user friendly.
