I decided to go on the 28-Day Brand Launchpad because I felt that there would be a lot of useful content for my business journey. I'd met Giles on an Accelerator Programme and I'd heard nothing but good things about him from the people that had worked with Giles before and I knew he had a lot of accumulated knowledge from his time in the industry. The things I enjoyed most about the programme were the individual sessions that I had with Giles. I found that extremely helpful to put into practice some of the things that we've been covering on the programme and to make it much more applicable to what I was trying to get through. I also liked the opportunity to be in a group, it was great to get feedback from everybody else, get that real group motivation, as well as all the experience and expertise that other small business owners can bring to the table.

The thing that surprised me the most about the 28-Day Brand Launchpad was the group engagement, how productive it was, and how insightful people were about a business they didn’t know anything about. And vice versa, the amount of assistance and information I could help someone else with, when I didn’t really know anything about their business until we jumped on the programme together. We were looking for a company that can really identify with our target audience and create dynamic and engaging content to build our online brand; we wanted creative, approachable, honest and knowledgeable. After meeting with many companies, we were excited by the Pilot Fish team and their energy! They made the world of Social Media very easy to understand, which can be quite daunting for those who have never gone into much depth. After meeting with Pilot Fish, we knew they were the team we’d been looking for!We have a dedicated account team, which makes queries and edits much smoother than getting a different person each time we call/email. They are regularly in contact with us regarding content planning, always ensuring that we are happy with the tone of voice, imagery, message, etc., and the team are very flexible to the needs of our business (i.e. getting event pictures to be posted next day). They have been clear and concise with everything, keeping us in the loop with what they are doing and why. In one instance, even taking the time to talk us through Facebook Business Manager when we were struggling to understand what we were looking at. The best part about the partnership is that it is a collaboration, and we still have a lot of creative involvement, which was important to us.We are very excited to continue working with Pilot Fish during 2020 and delving into more intensive advertising and would recommend for businesses looking to move into the world of Social Media Marketing.

We approached them to launch our product using paid advertising on Social Media, we were provided with clear advice on how to access our demographic and achieve our goals.
