I wish it was possibly to rate with 0. After I submitted my first payment, they put some pictures together and requested my second payment and basically stopped working on my project. They then requested more money and dropped the project after I said I would only pay more than what we agreed on after the project was completed. Complete scam artists.

I stopped using their services because they were not meeting deadlines and were making frequent mistakes that were not beneficial to my business. To the point that the entire year and a half that they worked for the company, their excuse was that they had never had an account like mine and that they were learning. They wanted to charge me for each Shopify application that was free, and they bought me an illegal domain that almost took my website. Now I see that they are constantly harassing me, getting louder and louder. I ask you to please calm down. Social media is not for bothering people! This is the first time I've posted a review, but I do not recommend this digital company since they have been sending several people to give me bad reviews on Google! It's not ethical on their part as businesses, sometimes you win, sometimes you lose! Get ready to give your customers the best! 🙌

Working with this company was one of the worst experiences of my professional life. We ordered new content for one of our Amazon listings and paid over $1,000 upfront. When they delivered the first draft, we were disappointed with the quality and asked them to stop working and issue us a full refund.At first, they refused to give us anything back. Later, they offered a 50% refund on the condition that we sign an NDA (non-disclosure agreement) so we wouldn’t talk about it anywhere. We declined, and I am now sharing my experience.I would be very cautious about trusting these 5-star reviews on Google because the service they provided was horrible. I would definitely not recommend this company to anyone.
