All these online features are great for our application but what makes our solution unique is that all these are tied to the candidate profile, hiring position organizational needs and overall organizational profile. We wanted a platform to build long term relationships between organizations and their immediate and future needs and candidates who may want to explore opportunities now or build a relationship for a future opportunity. Kanerika worked with our team to understand our changing requirements and delivered technical solutions incrementally using an agile approach. Organizations can store and update their profiles, job requirements and track each hiring process. Their philosophy of investing in clients and view of client success as their own was unique. Everyone uses the long term relationship as a tagline but Kanerika actually lived up to it.

Kanerika is creative and technically sound. They found the flaws in our data and fixed it. That means they are super proactive. In the end the product is great which is what we want to be the base of everything we do. Our main goal is adoption. So we measure success by seeing if our marketing and brokerage teams are using the product. At least 50% of our users should be using the dashboard, that means the product is valuable for them and we are already at 75%. In other words we have already hit our adoption goal. Apart from that we have received verbatim feedback around user satisfaction for the dashboard and its features. We have 74 offices globally and most of them have given us interesting feedback. One of them even called it a game-changer. Also the level of attention Kanerika provides is awesome. Their team does their homework. They dig deep and inspect everything about the product to make sure it will last.

Kanerika Inc was required to build a tool for optimal testing and control analysis. After our team developed the Greedy Match algorithm, they used the running piece of code from the backend servers to design and scale the UI. We were able to use the tool immediately after its completion without experiencing any issues. In addition to internal use, we recently promoted the tool in a sales pitch to one of our clients. They complemented our team perfectly. Both parties were required for the first half of the project, so they came to our office to help us build the foundation. During the second half of the engagement, they used screen sharing technology to share their progress. The team at Kanerika Inc was patient, and they listened to all of our needs. We would occasionally make last-minute requests at odd hours, but they were always available to help us resolve the issue quickly.
