Some great people working at DCG. But there are many strong Microsoft partners out there - many with a close working relationship with Microsoft, many with extensive experience completing successful projects, many with a sizeable client base earned from doing good work, many with the financial strength to weather short-term negative impacts, and many with authentic and ethical leadership. Choose wisely.

Excellent communicator, diligent, knowledgeable and very impressive programming ability. Shubham always went above and beyond, taking our ideas and translating them into an amazing website. He was available at any point, day or night, and very patient with my lack of programming knowledge, even making a thorough guide so I can make future edits. Would highly recommend and will be using his services long into the future!

I am very happy with my choice to work with Xonest. Shub is obviously very skilled and knowledgeable in software development, but more importantly to me he is very kind and easy to work with. Shub's communications are very frequent and he is very responsive to my inquiries. I highly recommend using Xonest for software development.

This organization is a scam!! Every single email they send is unsolicited, has a position that does not match my skills or history and when I call the hiring company about the position denies (a) having the position at all, (b) having any position similar open for hire, (c) having any working relationship with AVA Consulting. Many of the "openings" are with companies based in a location I moved away from over 10 years ago. While the "openings" are always listing a city near my current location the client company usually states they don't have any offices in my state (or region). The "agents" of AVA always immediately hang up when I try to conference call with the client. The excuse for all of the inconsistencies in the postings, etc is that "these are general openings" and "the hiring coordinators [at the client companies] typically do not know about the specifics of the positions"These are data mining scams. Whether there is any legitimate work being done at AVA is unknown. But there is plenty of data mining scamming that is originating from them.

If I can put 0 stars I would. Got a call for a job I applied for, but the man sounded so unprofessional. Claims his name is Andrew Helmer. The questions he asked sounded like he wanted to collect my personal information like my birthday etc. Never have I ever have a company do that. Only when you’re getting hired and doing the onboarding then you will need to share your birthday to the company. I’m glad I read the reviews on here, Glassdoor and Indeed to see others facing the same issues. Please be careful! Such a sad world where we have to make sure weren’t not getting scammed to get a freaking job!!

BEWARE!!! Scam company who is looking for your personal information to do whatever they want with it.Get it together people, if you’re looking for a job, go look in your surrounding areas for work agencies where you can physically go into their office. Not out of state.Scamming people for google cards are a thing of the past and pretending to be IRS personnel.Believe the 1 stars not the 5 stars.People are paid to leave 5 star reviews.Majority of scammers come from Africa and India. They bring shame and dishonor to their family name.

The training session conducted by Sam Bhai, I have been trained by him and was far from a typical, mundane lecture. His approach to learning was refreshingly interactive, engaging participants through thought-provoking discussions, group activities, and real-world examples. This hands-on approach created an immersive learning environment and made the training both enjoyable and memorable

I do marketing for a company that has not one, not two, but three websites created & updated by Incend Media. We add to and change websites probably more often than most, but the team at Incend is quick to update our websites: usually within just one business day! They are also great about asking for clarification on our vision, and giving us some of their own insight, tips, and tricks to make our websites the best that they can be, while still reflecting our business personality. In addition, they are extremely helpful in our SEO marketing efforts, and have improved this aspect of our business quite a lot. I absolutely recommend!

We have used Incend Media for a recent project for a client. They were easy to work with, very orderly in the process, and were on time and budget with respect to the over completion. Will use them again.
