Called for help late at night, I was pleased the 24 hour assistance advertised was actually being carried out. My problem was resolved in a timely fashion and my laptop was fixed in less than 24 hrs. Just spoke to Ben about defederating a domain and migrating among other subjects. Ben is extremely knowledgeable with how Godaddy and Microsoft 365 work. If anyone reading this has been to their webpage has seen that Teckpath is a Microsoft Gold Partner so anything Microsoft 365 they can handle! Ben was very nice and extremely knowledgeable. Pricing is straight forward as well. I feel very confident using Teckpath in the future for both of my companies!
