Services that had been slow or unavailable for weeks had to be brought back up. We must bring back our vital business role. After learning about our issue, the Closeloop project manager assigned a senior database specialist to address it. Our main programmer had a direct conversation with the database specialist of Closeloop after they listened to our problem and asked some follow-up questions. Within less than two hours, the solution to our issue had been verified and implemented.

We occasionally utilize outsourced resources to increase our team's ability to satisfy the commercial demands of our clients. This time, my goal was to create and enhance the products we were providing to clients. Their engineers joined our own team to work on the project, creating MetaTrader-based software for our traders. They assisted us in creating and refining a suite of services that give our clients more functionality; up until that point, the solution had been erratic and unconventional. Their most recent endeavor was the development of an income trading module. We employed a scrum methodology with sprint deliverables and agile planning. Along with narrative points, we also used our in-house bug tracking application for project and task management. Everything was really accurate.

Project Management Review from Darcy McQuaid

The work IQ Lance has done for us has been absolutely phenomenal, meeting all deadlines with exceptional quality. Over the past year and a half, the collaboration with Crunal and IQ Lance has been outstanding. They were brought on board as our technical partner to handle the development side of our projects. Throughout this period, they have met all their deadlines, and the staff has been extremely friendly. The quality of the final product has been exactly as we envisioned and desired. Crunal, specifically as our project manager, has gone above and beyond. He has been incredible, acting as a translator between our business objectives and the technical team at IQ Lance. His efforts have been crucial in ensuring that our goals are clearly communicated and effectively implemented. What I appreciate the most about IQ Lance is their ability to meet deadlines and deliver high-quality work. The staff's friendliness and Crunal's exceptional project management skills have been invaluable to our success.

For our project on food manufacturing, we hired Rushkar. This was made possible by the agency's outstanding support throughout the project, which included proactive problem-solving, innovative solutions, and meticulous attention to detail. At first, reaching a consensus on project objectives was the biggest obstacle, but Rushkar swiftly made plan adjustments and engaged in open communication to address problems. Our business was greatly enhanced by its solution, which also improved consumer involvement. Rushkar continues to be a reliable partner for our upcoming initiatives, even though it might further improve its excellent work with faster reaction times and more service options.
