We use Sierra Miles at my current place of employment and I'm working from home due to having surgery. This morning I accidentally dropped my laptop and broke the screen. We were part of the "SonicWall breach" in Aug 2025...at the time, we'd been a client of NVITS for almost 3 years and I would have given a moderately positive review (some good / some bad). However, the day of the breach, the team acted with lightning precision to lock down our network & shut out the perpetrators! Probably every one of the security tools NVITS had in place was tested but all of them passed! Our IP and company data was protected, and the NVITS team worked diligently to fully scan/secure & get us back online within the day. From the "overnight watchman" who initiated lock-down procedures through to the post-mortem, analyzing the incident's audit and making go-forward recommendations; this team has security - the most important part of our complex IT environment - absolutely nailed down! I'm certain that if we had been with a different IT company, we could have lost everything! Update, still hate their billing department, but the computer service is phenomenal. Our server went down at 4:15 Friday before the 4th of July. No issue, in our office 1/2 hour later. Just finished fixing at 5:20. Exceed my expectations. The worst billing department I have ever had the displeasure of working with. Terrible customer service as far as the billing departmenet. Cannot get invoices mailed out and as soon as they decide you are behind they threaten service disconnection. I have been double billed multiple times also, which requires monthly contact with the IT mangement. While the IT has been very good, I would not do business with this company due to their lack of competency in billing.

Service call 9/10/2021 Equipment ID B13889 We have 2 Ricoh MP 4055 and 1 IM C300 copier/printers; one of the MP 4055 was reporting certificate error issues which we could not clear. Called Office1 and was answered by a very pleasant and warm agent; it took less than 30 seconds to identify and authenticate our account. Once we described the issue she immediately scheduled a tech for a service call - never even asked if we could try troubleshoot the issue ourselves like previous providers. Gabe was the tech that responded and as soon as we spoke he already knew what the issue was and set the time for his arrival. Gabe was excellent and went beyond what we expected as he worked on the other printers and helped optimize the current settings, updated firmware, and made sure we knew how to access the admin config and was comfortable doing so. We were so impressed that requested Gabe is assigned as our preferred tech for any future calls. Thanks again for all your help, Kingston
