We switched to Summit after our previous IT provider was unresponsive. Summit is very responsive, even when you need to leave a voicemail, they call you back very quickly. They also followup on issues after theve fixed them to make sure it is working properly. Brian is our representative and is very knowledgeable and able to diagnose problems quickly.

My relationship with Summit began through my job, almost two decades ago. Along with an assistant with advanced IT skills, I oversaw the successful networking of our building for the first time, and we digitized and uploaded data. When this capable employee left, I was responsible for all our computer needs, and I clearly needed professional help. Summit responded and we enjoyed a years-long relationship, not just when we needed repairs, but help with upgrades and best practices. I have since retired, but as electronics become more complicated, have continued to call on Summit for assistance in my home. Jeff's positive attitude, competence, and respect for budgetary limits set a high standard for Summit Computers, and I am grateful for the prompt, courteous support he and others on staff have provided through the years.

I had them hang 2 televisions, on which they did an excellent job.My computer was slow so I asked him to fix that. I happen to live far from his shop, so it took a while to receive the computer. They ended up doing diagnosis, virus removal and a full reboot for $150.00. I like to support family businesses, and this is one I would recommend.

I brought my computer in because a hinge broke on my laptop and pulled out my wifi wire. I told them what was wrong with the computer and exactly that. They called me back and said it would require a $75 diagnostic fee to figure out what needs to be done. I responded with that I already know what needs to be done and no diagnostic will be required. So I picked up my computer and they told me it would be 2-3 hours of labor to fix (even though they did not "diagnose" it). Obviously they did in the 10 minutes that it had been dropped off. I took it home and with never have taking a laptop apart before, I fixed it in 40 minutes. They are just out for a buck and not the customer.

A company I worked for was using Navisite as a colocation data center for years. We are moving out of their data center now because of very shady business practices. I've been a network engineer for 10 years and the support from Navisite is the worst I've ever experienced. The language barrier seems to be part of the issue, but they also have a knowledge level issue as well.They keep saying yes, they understand just to get you off the phone and the request never gets completed. You ask for an update 3 - 5 days later and they have zero comprehension of what you were requesting so you end up in this vicious cycle of explaining the same thing over and over again for weeks. This isn't a one time issue either. It has happened to me for over two years now. Even if you get to a point where they finally understand what you want they'll deny it's an issue on their end and blame the ISP or you for the problem. I've honestly never seen such rude support engineers once you get to this point with them. You would expect high level engineers to have learned how to support customers without being rude, but that isn't the case in Navisite.They were supposed to monitor our firewalls 24/7 and alert us if one goes down. I've taken firewalls out of the environment completely for RMA and forgotten to notify them. Then they send an alert to me 3 weeks later. Again, recurring issue. Sometimes it's 5 days later and others it's weeks. We finally told them to stop monitoring our firewalls over a year ago and they still send us alerts about some being down every once in a while. We've requested that they stop multiple times.I would not recommend any data center colocation services at Navisite. They are so far below par I would actually heavily recommend against it. There are many other locations in this area that provide a much better service.

One of their employees followed my teenage daughter home. Over 10 minutes away while he was on his lunch break, to yell at her how he was pulling out of a spot had a right of way over somebody driving through the parking lot, which is BS. Would not recommend this place to anyone!! Ps. Police report has been filed.
