I can't say enough good things about Rapid IT, especially Nicole Choi. I had a highly complex, unusual email issue that even multiple customer service reps (from the provider) couldn't solve. I have been using ProTek IT Solutions for over 10 years now. They came in and solved a major issue remotely that two other local firms in Las Vegas were unable to resolve. They have been handling all of our IT on a remote basis since that time. I only had them physically in my office once since I started utilizing their services in 2014. They are intelligent, they know what they are doing and our computers and servers function fantastic 99.9% of the time. It is still frustrating that other .1% of the time when we have issues, but ProTek jumps in and handles it right away. I highly recommend the use of their services.

DPC Technology is amazing! I don't know what we would do without them! We started with them almost 13 years ago when our dental practice was just opening! They helped to put us on the right track from the very beginning. They were right there to hold our hand and make sure that our new building was perfect. For a larger company that needs a complete managed service with a lot of employees maybe they are better suited? For a small company sales office like mine, with only 5 employees they were nothing short a nightmare. Techs were all great and very professional. Their billing department and their overall communication were terrible. Their sales team sold us products we never needed and they never followed up on things we actually wanted done. We asked them to address modernizing our office , setting up a cloud based server. Never happened. We had a 15 year old data server with less than 500 Gigs of data on it. We signed up with them in May 2023. We wanted their "monitored" pay as you go service, I asked them to provide what charges would be to set up a cloud based data server based on their own sales team suggestion before we signed up. After 3 attempts over several months, I was finally notified in August they would need to charge us 8 hours of billed time to provide what was needed to do that. This was after they already onboarded us and already had inventory of what we had. Having friends in the IT industry they told me something just didn't sound right and this forced me to educate myself on Microsoft 365 services, which we were already paying for I might add. I came to find out they basically wanted $1200 of extra charges just to tell us to move our data to SharePoint. They sold us an email filter program that they set up and installed which ended up blocking legit emails for our business, then when we needed to get those emails sent to our inbox they charged us billing time to do it, then charged us AGAIN to remove the program entirely when they installed and set up the program and it never worked. They opened tickets on our 15 year data server we were never told about, and then billed us time out of our hours block without ever notifying us about it until we saw the bill. Ultimately over 4 weeks time I moved all our data to SharePoint myself, removed our old data server from our network. Our Microsoft accounts were upgraded and all our employees can now work remotely if they chose with file access anywhere with all the benefits of Microsoft defender and malware endpoint security which has been configured also by myself ( Keep in mind I don’t consider myself an IT expert by any means and was able to do all this on my own with a little bit of research). We’re getting almost no email spam now and our dependency on a 15 year old data server is gone. Sadly this all came with no help from Verity IT and instead thousands of extra dollars in fees for things we never needed that could have been avoided. Now 3 months since terminating our relationship our office data sharing system runs flawlessly and we have had not 1 technical issue.

We sought out an experienced WEB design company to construct the WEB pages for our small Craft Distillery. What we were looking for was a combination of experience, efficiency and cost and with Gallagher Website Design we obtained all three.First, in my research I looked for a company that had a history and found this with Gallagher Design. Examples of their product were impressive and suggested a firm that is not aesthetically fixed in their designs, and should an understanding of the intricacies of human/computer interface. What I observed were WEB pages that efficiently and logically presented the material to any visitor.Second, the process of creating our pages was one of ease and efficiency. We indicated to Gallagher Website Design what we were looking for and the aesthetics that we desired in our pages. This was very important to me as our goal was to have something different and yet pleasing to the eye. In no time at all they had a number of differing options for us to select from and we immediately selected a particular style, and were able to incorporate items from the other examples that we found pleasing.Once we had made the primary selections, again it was in short order that they presented us with a WEB design fully integrating the changes and suggestions we made. They listened to our suggestions, helping us along the way to obtain what we want.Once the primary creation was done, they even helped me to understand WordPress, the WEB design tool they used. This was essential as I was responsible for maintaining the pages (we are a small company) and I had a lot to learn. Gallagher Website Design was there helping me when needed and always quickly responded to my questions.Finally, the cost was important to us, but we did not want to suffer quality as a result of cost. We priced other options, but in the end we are extremely satisfied with both the results and the cost. As my mother always said "you get what you pay for" and we definitely obtained everything that we asked for, and at a very reasonable cost.In the end, I would highly recommend Gallagher Website Design. It was a pleasure working with them and we are more than satisfied with the result.

I have never had a credit card from Citi-Bank. Only one bank in Ft Lauderdale. Went into this big beautiful building..walked in a gentleman asked what I needed. There were three people working..couldn't believe it..the phone kept ringing and ringing. Washington helped me very professional. I got approved. Now I'm trying to call and talking to a recording. Nobody ever picks up the phone even operator? I see all of the one stare..and it was shout the same issue..I recieved 0%-for 18mos..I can't do anything until someone picks up the phone! It is hard to put into words how disappointed I am in Dynamic Quest's service. As an IT provider, they failed us on multiple fronts. They were never proactive in managing our systems, which led to severe security breaches. Our network was hacked multiple times under their watch, showing a blatant disregard for our cybersecurity.Moreover, their lack of responsiveness and inadequate problem-solving skills resulted in our entire network being down for multiple days on several occasions.
