Terrible service. I trusted Cyber Protect LLC to help secure my data, but I still got hacked while under their protection. When I reached out for help, their support was slow, unresponsive, and offered no real solution. They took no accountability and left me to deal with the damage on my own. Completely unreliable and not worth the money. Would never recommend. Edit: Your response is disappointing and frankly evasive. If you have no record of me as a client, maybe that explains why your “protection” failed so miserably. Your slow, unresponsive support and complete lack of accountability left me to deal with the consequences alone. Claiming that neither you nor your clients have ever experienced a breach sounds more like a PR line than reality. If you want to prove otherwise, then start by owning up to your failures instead of brushing off legitimate concerns. Until then, your “enterprise-grade solutions” are nothing but empty words.

Jamie, the dispatcher was prompt and communicative. I sent my Epson 5040UBE home theater projector to Great Lakes as they are an authorized repair center. After sending it in for a $100 estimate September 12, on October 13 I received word that my barely used $3000 projector was not worth repairing. I requested its return. All in, $180 wasted. But this projector has known issues, according to the blogs. Time for a second opinion from a center in Texas. The same day they received it I was quoted $629 for parts and a flat $100 for labor for the 'simple" fix. It'll be back in 3 days. Lesson learned.

Morshed and the team at Computers Repairs Plus are absolute pros. Morshed is not only incredibly knowledgeable, but also genuinely passionate about what he does — especially when it comes to complex, large-scale projects. We recently had two custom media servers built for my production company. These machines are no joke: each one is designed to drive massive LED walls at live events, requiring multiple synchronized outputs, sky-high pixel counts, and SDI In/Out capabilities. Both servers are running flawlessly, packed with Nvidia RTX A6000 ADA cards and Threadripper CPUs, Deltacast I/O cards, etc etc — real powerhouses. The performance has been phenomenal. On top of that, Morshed diagnosed and tuned up two of our existing media servers, and those are now running better than ever. Even under tight deadlines, Morshed delivered. Is it possible to give NEGATIVE STARS?! Completely and utterly useless IT company. If we had to rely on them we’d be out of business. I end up just doing everything myself. Electric AI has been our it vendor for more than a few months and we have under 20 employees. Want something simple done like software updates, or apps installed on your company devices? you have to send them 34 emails and they tell you about how their “I’m sorry this is out of scope, our professional services team will send you an SOW to estimate the work because it’s a complex project.” And then 3 weeks later you get an absurdly complex quote when your project is long past dead. This goes for any simple task!!! What’s included in their monthly prices? We had a MAJOR password leak, and notified them to change passwords, they couldn’t figure out how to change them. They finally Found a manager who came on to tell us they needed to “quote the work.” This is all over slack and email. No way to speak to real people. Weeks later & no passwords changed. Total scam. They have a call center full of incompetent remote workers in South America that will make you BASH YOUR HEAD INTO A WALL. RUN DON’T WALK AWAY FROM THIS CIRCUS 🤡 🎪

We hired them for a little over 2 years and had nothing but issues and slow service. Not even 6 months after the contract started did they breach the contract by not onboarding properly and not providing cybersecurity documentation. There were days when they could not fix our server and we ended up leaving early for the day since no work could be done. We lost hours of work and had to work on the weekends to make up for it. They went through a security review for compliance in which they were given very detailed instructions to fix all the issues (which there were a LOT) and they never started after numerous follow-ups. We terminated our contract early and went with another IT company. It was found by the new IT company that Empist did manual fixes on a lot of computers instead of addressing the root problems. Overall do not recommend hiring this company if you have sensitive data that needs secure systems.

We hired M6IT to redesign our server farm and network infrastructure. They helped us increase our profitability by 30% with automation and strategic IT decisions. They provided amazing expertise when optimizing our network security schema as well as our virtual machines allocation/load balancing structures. Their automation strategy helped increase our team productivity by almost 20% across the board. M6iT is incredibly competent, fast to respond to our inquiries and always incredibly friendly. We started small with a retainer of few hours but soon grew and it was worth every dollar. Overall, the M6iT experience has been second to none, and we highly recommend them for any and all technology projects, no matter how big or small. PS: Listen to their advice, when we didn’t listen to advice, we failed and lost revenue. Lesson learned? Listen, you are paying for it.

One of their employees followed my teenage daughter home. Over 10 minutes away while he was on his lunch break, to yell at her how he was pulling out of a spot had a right of way over somebody driving through the parking lot, which is BS. They were able to troubleshoot the issue to the best of his ability, verify the company warranty policy and checked with me to set up a time that worked to coordinate a call with the manufacturer.
