As for the technology stack, we're using React.js, Python, and Django to create this software piece. Moreover, our whole backend is hosted in AWS. Five months later the site was not finished and Mr Bilawal emailed us and said they need to charge us more money. When we objected Mr Bilawal stated either pay more money or they will abandon the project. When we objected to paying more money one more time we received this email from Mr Bilawal "I understand and based on our contract I would like to terminate our agreement on the project" So even though we paid them thousands of dollars they abandoned the project and we have nothing. The little bit of work they did was useless and unusable. They are completely incompetent to build even a rudimentary ecommerce website.

In the beginning, Urban Software & Web Development would provide XD designs, and we had regular virtual meetings to understand my concepts/designs. We also operated off Monday.com, email, and Google docs/sheets. Once the app had been built, I received builds that I would download, review, and provide feedback on both via email as well as on our weekly virtual meetings. I'm on my third project manager, and no, they have failed to meet deadline after deadline. I have email upon email with promise after promise that the app will launch on exact date. As delivery dates have come, I've asked for timelines and a plan of action, only to have been met with false promises that the work is nearing completion.Many times, the team was out due to a holiday, or I would get some other technical excuse as to why the app wasn't progressing - for example, notifications weren't working because there was an issue with my dedicated server that was causing issues with the time zones. Multiple times when I asked for something, a new build, a timeline, phone or virtual meeting with Muhammad Bilawal (CEO), they would tell me when I would get it, and then it wouldn't happen, but instead, they would send me a new build hoping that would satisfy me and since I was just wanting a finished product I kept falling for their antics. I regret partnering with this company and I will not recommend them to anyone looking for Mobile App Development.

Orders come straight through the site now instead of through chat, which changed how our days run. The launch happened on the exact date given at the start. Not everything was smooth though, the product page had to be built again after it ran slow on mid range phones and that fix took longer than promised. For a small jewellery brand going online properly for the first time, it was worth the money.
