I took my son to Hetal at Talk Out Loud following his 18 month pediatrician appointment and knowing he was behind in speech. After 5 months, we have graduated from speech and so happy with our experience. We went once a week for 30 minutes and Hetal really focused on where he was at and helping us with tools and practices that we should dive into with him at home to set him up for success. All the words and sign he started using first were everything he learned at Talk Out Loud. People say that speech can come with time but I knew if we had professional support helping guide us on how to better parent and really tailor it to our sons current needs would be important. I appreciate Hetal for acknowledging when our Son had hit his milestone and feeling like we were at a good spot to stop seeing her too. We could have kept going and paying and I think it’s a testament to her practice for knowing when the time was right for him to graduate and being honest about it! We will continue to see how he progresses into year 2 and have a plan with her for if he needs to come back when and why that would be! Would absolutely recommend!

If you are the type of person to question and challenge your partners, Deksia is not a good fit for you. I identified a weakness in Deksia's business which they thought was strong and I was treated like I was crazy. I did recieve an apology for my mistreatment of and the gross mismanagement of my account. The fact remains that I was upsold on digital marketing while Deksia had no competent staff to manage my search engine marketing (SEM). In the 6 months we worked together they neglected to verify my google account, they neglected to connect my google tag (so there was no way to optimize) and they reported bad data to make themselves look good. For the entire time I was paying them (and google!) they had my brand name in every search term. This went on for over 6 months! Why didn't I catch it sooner? Because I had a baby. I had trusted them to take care of SEM so I wouldn't have to worry about it. Once I was out of my postpartum haze and I was able to look under the hood. I found that over 85% of their reported sales were attributed to my hard earned organic reach. And yet they would self congratulate themselves and ask me to raise my SEM budget. When I revealed this to them they tried every gaslighting technique in the book. They took advantage of my trust in them. Their marketing VP even asked why they should spend time doing a postmortem of their mistakes when they could be spending time "making me more money". How can you move on and improve if you never examine your mistakes? Even getting them to admit they made all these errors took me hiring a 3rd party to generate reports and attribution models so we could uncover the truth of Deksia's performance or in this case lack thereof. There was no effort to make things better even after I had spent 6 figures with them on various projects. Instead I was billed for another 2 months after ending the relationship because it was in our contract. If you are signing a contract with them- take that part OUT! I had to pay them for doing nothing while I was paying someone else to fix the mess they made.Adam Bird is the glue holding this house of cards together and the only reason I do not completely regret working with Deksia. I came to them to elevate my brand, Swaddelini. Adam did a phenomenal job unveiling the DNA of the brand and giving me a deeper understanding of my customer. Shelly is also very talented. She took the direction from Adam to create brand messaging and imagery that did exactly what I wanted it to do. Deksia has strong creative talent that can deliver a good product; unfortunately, they lack the technical expertise to bring it home and they lack the leadership to build long lasting customer relationships.

We purchased several of their B2B extensions, only to discover that they are missing critical business logic and completely fail to address real-world business requirements. They sell you extensions that require other extensions to be bought but these extensions do not properly work with one another. The extensions are slow and include repetitive prompts that causes speed issues on a Magento platform. The code appears to be written by low-paid, inexperienced developers with no understanding of Magento best practices or even basic quality standards. As a result, we encountered issue after issue—many of which were directly due to poor, non-standard coding that broke our Magento store and forced us into costly troubleshooting.What’s worse, the extensions are clearly designed with one goal in mind: to get you dependent on CedCommerce for constant fixes and “customizations,” which, unsurprisingly, they charge extra for—even when the issues are clearly defects in their original products.Customer support is practically nonexistent. Our support tickets went unanswered, and whenever we did manage to get a response, it was superficial and never actually solved the problems. Reaching out to management was equally useless—they were always “unavailable” and never addressed our complaints, despite repeated attempts to contact them.If you value your business, your time, and your sanity, do NOT buy anything from CedCommerce. Their extensions are unreliable, their code is subpar, and their support is abysmal. We are still dealing with the fallout from trusting this company. Save yourself the trouble and look elsewhere for reputable Magento solutions.
