I was introduced to CI Web Group at a Daikin AC presentation. The owner was former military so I hoped for honor & integrity. The performance delivered was ultimately dishonorable & unethical. I was promised an AI website that was not a template website. They used a template website builder to build my site. All of the content was copied & pasted from other sites they have build and everything was AI generated so nothing was original, which all of the AI search engines will completely ignore due to their algorithms. The contract was not completed in the time the promised. They charged for monthly SEO but did absolutely nothing and wasn't hosting my site so there was no way for them to be actually be "working" on anything SEO related. They hounded me for the monthly SEO fees they were charging but the communication was non existent and their performance was severely lacking. I had an independent IT consultant review everything, present all of the findings and at the end of the day CI Web Group was proud they took advantage of a soldier and didn't want to be honorable and refund my money for a project that didn't meet promised timelines but most importantly the quality they promised. What they charged in comparison to what they delivered is what is called highway robbery. Please think twice about doing work with this company. Also Google their company and you will find employee based reviews that also sow a solid 2.2 star rating from their unhappy employees.UPDATE FROM THEIR RESPONSEThis is great because it truly shows they only care about the money and not about customer service or making things right. They received the detailed report from an independent IT consultant and chose to ignore it. Be aware, you will get a cookie cutter website "copy & pasted" materials from other sites they've built so don't expect to rank high with google analytics.

Based on publicly available information, including the Texas Secretary of State records, they are not registered as an LLC in Texas. My personal experience included a high level of micromanagement, perceived favoritism towards certain employees, repeated changes to my seating without consideration, and an instance of unprofessional behavior from a colleague, which was reported but not addressed by the company.In my view, this workplace may offer learning opportunities for freshers starting their careers. We highly recommend Refuge Marketing - they were able to help us get an action plan together quickly to start generating leads. Although we had been publishing high quality content about 2x week, we were not seeing the same response rate this year and business had slowed quite a bit. We are a small, local business and did not have a huge marketing budget, so we could not afford to hire them as full-time marketing team. I reached out to multiple web developers after realizing my website wasn’t showing up in search results. Every expert rated my site poorly for SEO and user experience, citing bad optimization and poor design as the main issues.When I asked Xoopah about SEO, they first claimed I could send them the information to implement, yet refused to grant me access to do it myself. Since they withhold the ability to make changes, I told them to handle it as the "experts". Later, they admitted they don’t offer SEO at all, and it would be $500 to transfer my website elsewhere—despite their service only costing $100 per year.Their lack of transparency and restrictive policies make them a bad choice for web services. If you want control over your website and proper SEO, look elsewhere—Xoopah will hold your site hostage while charging unnecessary fees.
