I've worked with many different programs and services to create and maintain web sites since my first HTML site in the late 90s. An everchanging thing, it was difficult to keep up with all the new technologies. Web sites became my least favorite aspect of marketing because everything became so tedious. Linking up with Ruby Shore was the best decision I could have made. When I explained to them my disdain for Wordpress, they happily introduced me to their new system, Waves. Whoa. Surf's up, internetters! Waves is where it's at. I finally was able to create a site exactly the way I imagined it. I didn't run into any of the problems that frustrated me in years past using other services, and it didn't take me long before I was humming along to realize my vision. I want a thing. The content created for our brand didn’t sound natural, more like it was written by someone who’s not a native English speaker. So I had a problem with my website this morning not really sure on what I should do so I gave Werkbot A call on the phone and explain my situation. I asked if it was OK for me to stop in sometime today to talk a little bit more about what I had going on. The person on my phone was OK with me just stopping in when I had a moment. Because of my crazy work schedule, I stop down just after 4 o’clock and they were walking out the door closing up for the day. So I asked if this was Werkbot “ He said yes, it was, And he knew who I was. So he actually opened the office back up we went inside we sat down. He pulled my information up and he started going through everything for me.. I want to just say that I am not a customer of theirs. I’m a random person who made a phone call to them and they were very helpful. I just want other people to know that the customer service that I got from this company was five stars hands-down. You don’t get that much anymore. I did waste about 40 minutes of his time. He never charged me a penny. I will tell all of my friends and family for sure. I highly recommend this company. Thanks again, I appreciate you guys!!
