The translation of complex ESG content into a coherent storyline was particularly helpful. The CSR report was completed on time and is now being actively used in stakeholder dialogue. Roaring Creek Machine is a world-class team of clever and capable engineers. They delivered an exceptionally well thought out design of a machine, and they did it for half the budget that other teams had quoted. It is rare to find that combination of talent and capability that can over deliver and easily meet the budget. Dan stayed in regular communication with me through the process and incorporated my feedback through the design process. I was charged premium rates for marketing services that ultimately proved ineffective. Most of the promotional materials—including AI-generated images—bore no relevance to the actual content of my anthology, and I ended up having to write or revise much of the marketing myself.What concerned me most, however, was discovering that blog posts referencing my book were appearing alongside links to websites of an explicit or potentially malicious nature. I requested my pen name be removed from these sites, but received no cooperation.After escalating the issue, I was refunded—only after strongly insisting on a resolution. However, when my attorney attempted to serve the company with a formal request to remove remaining online references to my work, the business address listed on their website proved invalid and the documents were returned as undeliverable. This made further legal follow-up nearly impossible.Communication was inconsistent, and at times I felt that the team members used aliases or were not fully transparent about their roles. The entire situation left me disappointed and deeply frustrated.Although I did recover my funds, my pen name remains associated online with material I did not authorize, and I have no reliable means of having it removed. I hope my experience helps others make informed decisions.
