As founder and President of the agency, Cliff offers clients more than 30 years of experience and expertise in marketing, advertising and public relations. He has been integral in leading the agency through the digital revolution. He focuses on client, employee and public relations with clients.

Charlyn has served an integral role in helping the agency grow and succeed over the past twenty years. As Vice President of the agency, Charlyn oversees administrative functions and serves as a mentor to the account team.

Megan integrates enthusiasm, organization and a methodical approach in leading the Callis team and serving clients. Megan brings her passion to create the best work possible and ensure clients are successful in their marketing efforts.

Tim specializes in developing creative solutions for marketing challenges. As Creative Director, he leads the development and execution of strategic and creative concepts, content, and artwork for agency clients.

Hannah Sartin integrates functionality, dedication, and professionalism to the Callis team to help the agency serve clients. She specializes in strategic planning, but most enjoys working directly with clients and has a passion for lifestyle marketing.

As Account Supervisor, Dana provides a leading role in strategy, creative and content development, supervises services to key accounts and oversees complex client projects to ensure they are completed on time and on budget.

Stephanie shines while leading the charge in creating strategic and masterfully-crafted artwork for clients and the agency. As Art Director, Stephanie guides the development of design and art from inception through production, all the way to final delivery, ensuring creative materials are effective.

Kyle thrives on creatively and efficiently developing solutions using new technology and methods. As Digital Marketing Manager, Kyle plans, develops, optimizes and maintains modern websites. He leads the Callis digital team in digital ad strategy, SEO strategy and implementation and data analysis.

As a Social Media Account Coordinator, Lindsay supports the Callis’ client service and social media department. She develops creative social media content and executes strategic social media advertising programs to help clients grow their brands and businesses.

Molly applies her creativity, ambition and dependability to support our creative team.
