Nancy is responsible for the overall direction and management of creative, account, production and business development teams. She's spent over 20 years working in consumer branding with clients including Georgia Pacific, Best Buy, HanesBrands, ConAgra and General Mills.

Todd is responsible for all things retail across multiple trade channels including grocery, pharmaceutical, pet, and convenience. Under his leadership, the CBX branded environments division offers specialized services including retail strategy, brand development, market research and store design.

Satoru is responsible for the overall management of business and operations in New York. Satoru’s experience in brand consulting spans over 20 years across more than 200 brands including Gillette, Del Monte, PepsiCo, Mars, Black & Decker, Kraft, and Colgate.

Dustin has had extensive experience positioning, innovating, and re-energizing consumer-facing and internal brands to meet and exceed strategic business objectives for a range of clients, including Del Monte, General Mills, PepsiCo, and The Scotts Miracle-Gro Company
James Berman
CFO
James is responsible for the overall financial strategy and direction at CBX. Before starting his role at CBX, James spent 11 years working in the advertising industry, most recently as a CFO for HL Group Partners. Prior to that he spent 8 years in public accounting.
Stacy Hintermeister

Stacy leads the Minneapolis client services team and supervises the client work in theoffice. She's worked with key clients including Clorox, Hormel Foods, and General Mills. Stacy's also developed a custom process to help clients create an innovation pipeline to better serve their consumer needs
