I’m not sure where to start in describing how great Emma Loggins and Excite Creative Studios are to work with, but let’s start with - this isn’t your average design firm. When Emma came on to do our site re-design a few years ago we were still playing clean up from a significant hack that had previously brought the whole site down for weeks. At this point we thought we were clear but there were still hacked files which were affecting rankings. She was able to get all of that cleaned up and secured all the while implementing the design improvements. She continued consulting us for the following two years, was accessible via text for any website issues that occurred or for any access that needed to be reset if someone got locked out (even on weekends) and I’m sure of at least one instance where she happily did all of this while she was on vacation.
