Identity Start was founded by Ashton Clow on the belief that every business, big or small, deserves to look professional, feel authentic, and stand out. Most small and mid-sized companies end up hiring one vendor for the website, another for the logo, and a third for photo and video, and the result rarely looks like one brand. We build all of it under one roof so it does.

What we do: custom web design and hosting, ecommerce stores, logo design and brand guidelines, commercial photography, video production, drone video, motion graphics, and 360 virtual tours. After launch we keep clients visible with local SEO, content, social media management, and paid ad management, with a monthly report that shows what the work is producing.

How we work: every project starts with a clear scope and published pricing, then an onboarding brief that lays out deliverables, timeline, and what we need from you. You work directly with the founder from the first call through final delivery. Website plans are month to month with no minimum term.

Who we work with: owner-led businesses and organizations, including EMS and ambulance providers, landscaping and home service companies, sign and electrical contractors, vacation rental properties, and non-profits.
