PolyWood Studios is run by Rach Wood and Sean Troth, who take pride in the friendly and personal service they provide and the working relationships they build.
Rach has qualifications in Visual Merchandising and 3D Design. After working for John Lewis as a Visual Merchandiser, she started PolyWood in 2013 as a way to have some creative freedom and develop her skills while she worked as a website editor at Yell.com, eventually moving into client management and process improvement.
Sean completed a Foundation course in Art & Design at the famous Bournville college, then went on to study Illustration at Plymouth University in 2003. He cut his teeth in web design working as a freelancer from 2012-2015, before taking an opportunity to work as part of a larger team in the website department at Yell.com, where he went on to hold various leadership positions: first, as deputy manager of websites, then as technical support team leader, and later as manager of a team of seven people in the department for 'Connect', Yell.com's leading digital marketing product.
Rach and Sean began offering creative design services full time as PolyWood Studios in 2019.
