RedoQ

I wouldn't recommend joining this company, the management doesn't stick to their decisions, constantly change in decisions, employees having a constant fear of lay off. Please do not join this company even if you do everything for this company the company would not consider your situations!! What exactly happened with me. "

I worked at RedoQ as a motion graphic designer, and honestly, it wasn’t a good experience. The creative head (my TL) was extremely toxic and unprofessional—often rude and unnecessarily bringing personal matters into work. The management, including the HR team, felt poorly organized and unsupportive. There’s also a constant fear of layoffs, as people are let go very easily. Overall, I wouldn’t recommend joining if you’re looking for a stable and respectful work environment. "

This company is extremely toxic. From day one, it feels like you are not a human being, just a tool. The management does whatever they want, whenever they want. There are no clear rules, no honesty, and no respect for employees.Managers don’t support their teams at all. They just follow orders like dolls, even when those orders are clearly wrong. If you question anything, you are treated badly. If you stay quiet, you are still treated badly. Please don’t believe the 5-star ratings and reviews you see online. In my experience, employees are pressured to give 5-star reviews, even when they are unhappy. The reality inside the company is completely different from what is shown outside. The work culture kills your confidence. You feel stressed, scared, and mentally exhausted all the time. There is favoritism everywhere. Hard work is ignoredThis place doesn’t care about your growth or mental health. It only cares about control and power. Please don't join here. "

The overall work environment of this company is extremely toxic. I used to work in the Frontend team, and my team members were genuinely supportive and helpful. However, apart from my own team, the overall office culture was highly unhealthy and stressful. There was an incident where, due to a mistake made by one employee from another team, the entire office was made to stand for nearly three hours as a form of punishment, during which everyone was publicly scolded. Such behavior does not reflect a professional workplace culture at all. At that moment, it felt more like a school than an office. Senior management—especially Dipal Dutta—frequently engages in such humiliating behavior, which creates fear and mental pressure among employees.Salary payments were another major issue. Every month, salaries were delayed and were almost never credited before the 22nd or 23rd. In some cases, the delay extended even further, without any clear communication.Office rules and policies kept changing very frequently—sometimes every couple of days—which caused constant confusion and stress. There was no work-from-home flexibility, even in cases of illness; employees were expected to come to the office regardless of their health condition.Overall, working here was mentally exhausting and highly frustrating. While my immediate team members were supportive, excluding that one team, the rest of the office environment was extremely toxic and demotivating. "
