We work as an RPO partner in three forms. With full RPO we take over most or all of your recruitment. With co-sourced RPO we work alongside your own recruitment team and fill the gaps in capacity, channels and delivery. With project RPO we take responsibility for a defined period, target group, business unit or region, for example when you open a new site or face a peak in vacancies. In every form the funnel runs under your own employer brand, and you decide who you hire.
Recruiters, creatives and videographers sit under one roof in Tilburg. That means recruitment strategy and labour market analysis, job marketing on social media, search and job boards, employer branding, recruitment video, active sourcing and application funnels all come from the same team, without waiting on an outside agency between strategy and execution. New candidates hear from us within one working day, so they do not drop out between interest and interview.
We also developed our own method, Thought Leader Recruitment: talent is attracted through the authority and visibility of a leader inside your organisation, and relevant candidates are then approached personally from that leader.
We work across sectors on purpose, with experience from more than 350 recruitment campaigns. Our home market is the Netherlands, Flanders is our second market, and we run campaigns in Dutch, English, German and French. Instead of a fee per placement, clients pay a fixed monthly amount within the agreed scope.
