Yin Ching co-founded Ying in 2001. She brings 25 years of communications experience to her messaging workshops, media and crisis training programs to help B2B companies bring their stories to life in Asia. She started her career in Singapore Airlines and IBM.

Allan co-founded Ying. He has helped leading brands in the B2B space to design effective communications and messaging strategies that increase brand awareness, engage audiences and generate leads. He previously worked for Singapore Airlines, Shell and IBM.

Naeema has more than 20 years experience leading PR initiatives for public and private sector clients. Today, she manages a growing communications business for B2B clients across many industries. She previously worked for IBM in regional communications roles.
