Unfortunately, my latest experience with Pulse was a nightmare!I hired them to build me a simple website that offered information about my services and had an events tab where people could reserve and pay on-line.After 7 months in development, the final site that was delivered to me was not functioning properly in terms of people being able to book events. I contacted them and they wanted me to pay hourly rates to fix the site that they created which did not work.I have finally fixed the site which was a simple issue (once I found someone with knowledge). I am shocked at the terrible customer service, the length of time it took for this project and the lack of support in fixing their programming errors. I would not recommend working with this company.
