Pegas is a hidden gem who I was lucky enough to be referred to over 5 years ago. I have contracted them for all types of marketing and web development services over the years including some specialized services I’ve yet to find anywhere else.. they can do it all from making apps and websites to full fledged enterprise level marketing campaigns involving paid ads, email, sms and more. Unfortunately, my latest experience with Pulse was a nightmare!I hired them to build me a simple website that offered information about my services and had an events tab where people could reserve and pay on-line.After 7 months in development, the final site that was delivered to me was not functioning properly in terms of people being able to book events. I contacted them and they wanted me to pay hourly rates to fix the site that they created which did not work.I have finally fixed the site which was a simple issue (once I found someone with knowledge). I am shocked at the terrible customer service, the length of time it took for this project and the lack of support in fixing their programming errors. I would not recommend working with this company.
