We recently teamed with Bytes.co to build a brand new website from scratch. We wanted a site that would represent the elevated cuisine and services we offer and they nailed it! From the beginning, the Bytes team was extremely responsive and seemed excited to be creating this site for us. They ALL were very professional, attentive, good listeners (!), creative and it was apparent that we were going to need to "keep up" with them! Very unusual....usually other way around, where you wait forever. Not only was our web designer, Michael, on top of his game, he provided us each day with more work to be done...haha....and we loved that! We always felt "progress," each and every day and that was very satisfying. Right to the cutover of the new site last week, the entire process was smooth and the transition beyond our expectations. This company exceeds the norm and deserves the many awards they have received. Our site is everything we had hoped for and the continued service from Bytes for other requests is impeccable! We work with Eric and Allister for new requests and they too, are amazing!!!!This is your company if you want to work with sophisticated people. Thank you Team Bytes, thank you Jay!!!! I have worked with Bytes.co for both ongoing SEO/SEM as well as to conduct a Website Redesign project under a very short timeline. In short- Bytes are amazing! Super professional, reliable, responsive and true experts at what they do. On top of that, they are all just genuinely kind people and great to work with! Kristy Billingslea recently did a virtual tour for our Chilton Furniture - Scarborough location and she did a phenomenal job! She is extremely professional, to-the-point, and yet very funny and personable.After the job was complete and the day was done, for my work, I went home and had a conversation with my fiancé about how solid Kristy is as a person and how well she conducts herself when on the jobsite.The follow up after the work was completed took exactly how long she said it would and was very detailed about the next steps with tagging the images.Highly recommend! Unfortunately, my latest experience with Pulse was a nightmare!I hired them to build me a simple website that offered information about my services and had an events tab where people could reserve and pay on-line.After 7 months in development, the final site that was delivered to me was not functioning properly in terms of people being able to book events. I contacted them and they wanted me to pay hourly rates to fix the site that they created which did not work.I have finally fixed the site which was a simple issue (once I found someone with knowledge). I am shocked at the terrible customer service, the length of time it took for this project and the lack of support in fixing their programming errors. I would not recommend working with this company.
