We hired Blues Junior and Mole Street Artists for our wedding last year! To say they were great would be an understatement. Brian and his team were easy to work with, required very little management, and did a superb job. Their sound was right what we were looking for, and they played both new hits as well as some older songs we requested. He pulled my information up and he started going through everything for me.. I want to just say that I am not a customer of theirs. I’m a random person who made a phone call to them and they were very helpful. I just want other people to know that the customer service that I got from this company was five stars hands-down. You don’t get that much anymore. I did waste about 40 minutes of his time. He never charged me a penny. I will tell all of my friends and family for sure. I highly recommend this company. However, once the website launched, the quality of service declined significantly.There was no active management of our Google PPC campaigns, and crucial SEO pages were never submitted to our new site. As a result, we were left in the dark about our market visibility, and our local ranking dropped to 13th place. Despite having a contract in place, 1SEO refused to provide any performance reports, consistently ignored valid questions, and deflected accountability by shifting the conversation to unrelated topics.We ultimately made the decision to terminate our relationship with them due to their failure to uphold key parts of our agreement.
